Julie Poos - Chief Executive Officer
Julie Poos has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. She grew up in a real estate family in Winter Park, Florida. Her family was doing Fix n Flips from the time she was a teenager and remembers many a day in assistance mode... tearing down drywall, removing debris, painting walls until the day arrived and the For Sale Sign went up with a profit being made at a successful closing. She has her real estate license active with Douglas Elliman and understands what's involved from the real estate side to the lending side to get the loan closed.

Back in the day, business was done on a handshake looking someone directly in the eyes... Today since the advent of the internet... this is still the spirit of her intent... treating every client as though she is looking them in the eyes and getting back to them in a timely manner!
